Since they are not obligated to a third party, they can issue loans with various terms and conditions which may prove more beneficial to the borrower. While this is most beneficial to the borrower, it is also very risky to the real estate portfolio lenders. That is why there are less of them than there are traditional lenders. Also, there is no standardization to the loan terms among real estate portfolio lenders. This makes finding and selecting real estate portfolio lenders a little difficult. Well, it can be difficult without the right help.

This allows them to match a borrower with the right lender.
